ACAD-Plus Solution Partner of the Year…Again

Istanbul, Turkey – January 30, 2012 – For the 4th time in 5 years, ACAD-Plus, Inc. earned the 2011 Best Performing Partner in North America from BlueCielo during the annual BlueCielo Synergy conference.

Rainer Puittinen, CEO of BlueCielo ECM Solutions, presented the award to James Hale, Vice President of ACAD-Plus, during the awards ceremony held this evening in Istanbul, Turkey. “ACAD-Plus has consistently demonstrated our strength in the market by performing at such a high level for so many years. Being recognized again as the top performing partner for BlueCielo is affirmation of our effectiveness” says Hale.

BlueCielo/ACAD-Plus customers participated in a customer satisfaction survey earlier in the year in which ACAD-Plus achieved the highest rankings among its peers world-wide. Expertise and skills of personnel, availability of technical support, and communication were the top three performance rankings for ACAD-Plus. The top three indicators differentiating ACAD-Plus from its peers were technical support response time, availability of technical support, and the ability to resolve issues. One of the respondents of the survey stated that “ACAD-Plus has been very responsive to our needs--they are all very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.”

ACAD-Plus and BlueCielo have been partners for over 20 years and have enjoyed mutual success in delivering Document Management solutions. The tremendous effort of ACAD-Plus for 2011 is highlighted with several new BlueCielo Meridian customers including the University of Alberta, Realtime Utility Engineers, Comed, Oklahoma State University, and Paton Controls.
