March 21, 2018 - After 32 years in business and 27 years of providing BlueCielo Drawing/Document Management solutions, we have decided now is the appropriate time for ACAD-Plus to change and merge our existing BC-Meridian staff with Hagerman & Company.  Hagerman & Company is also a long-time BlueCielo partner with over 20 years of experience with BC-Meridian.   Hagerman & Company is also one of the largest Autodesk Authorized Partners, holding the highest level of Autodesk standing and recognition for their achievements as a Platinum Partner.  Hagerman & Company (along with all BC-Meridian employees of ACAD-Plus) will now be positioned to offer our customers a greater array of solutions along with exemplary professional services and support that separately we simply could not provide alone.  This acquisition will significantly benefit our customers and employees because Sandy Hagerman, President and CEO is guided by the same business mission, principles and practices to help our customers increase their productivity and to provide our employees with advancement and personal enrichment. 

 

As of March 4, 2018, the BC-Meridian division of ACAD-Plus has officially become part of the Hagerman & Company, Inc. family.  What does this mean for you?  Going forward, Hagerman & Company will be your BC Meridian Partner.  The existing Meridian personnel at ACAD-Plus will continue to serve you, although they are now employed by Hagerman & Company.  Hagerman and ACAD-Plus will work together to assure your satisfaction as our valued customer during this time of transition.  Rest assured that there will be no disruption to your software subscription or professional services engagements, but rather you’ll now be privileged to access even more software, services, and support.

Hagerman & Company has acquired only the BC-Meridian Drawing/Document management division of ACAD-Plus.  ACAD-Plus, Inc. will continue to develop and support our FMG-Plus solutions for our direct customers and our partners at Accruent (AccruentCAD/FAMISCAD) and AssetWorks (AiMCAD).  This will allow us to focus on further CAFM business development across the US and worldwide.
