Houston, Texas - January 4, 2014 - ACAD-Plus has been awarded a contract to implement a comprehensive facilities drawing/document management solution at McGill University. Following a focused Needs Analysis process, ACAD-Plus will proceed to build a prototype solution to house McGill’s facilities drawings and documents. Once the prototype solution has been validated a process for migrating documents from McGill’s legacy OCE system. More than 100,000 documents will be migrated into the new Meridian Enterprise vault. Integration between Meridian and FAMIS will be developed as part of the initial release of the Meridian Enterprise solution into the McGill environment. The solution will then be expanded for use to additional departments within McGill University in a multi-phase approach.
